Hi Debbie - lovely to hear from you!
Femara (Letrozole) is not reported to have any interaction with general vitamins and supplements. In fact many women are advised to take Calcium & Vitamin D while prescribed Femara due to possible risk of decrease in bone strength. The minerals contained in hair, skin & nail supplements appear to be fine. I have never heard of nor can I find any reported concerns about taking these with Femara.
General advice for all medicines & supplements is "check with your doctor or pharmacist". Asking your local Pharmacist is always recommended as interaction of medications and other products is their area of expertise.
A site with useful info about Femara .. (NB: type in 'Letrozole' in their search box http://www.nhs.uk/medicine-guides/pages/MedicineOverview.aspx?condition=Breast
Also there is another chat about Femara and nail health here in Q&A titled "femara, chemo & fingernails" .. if you've not already seen it.
Would love to hear how things go Debbie ..
Love Glenys xxx
