Anyone out there having problems with regulating their body temp? I seem to get cold very easy but at the same time get hot flashes on face and upper body! I find I wake up cold in the morning and my clothes are changing constantly while I go from too hot to too cold!
Yes Chris, those hormone fluctuations are usually the culprit! Chemotherapy often causes the ovaries to cease functioning, hence inducing a 'chemical menopause'. Most women getting toward / going through menopause can also relate to these experiences!
