Quick Chocolate Cake
60g Butter, melted
1 cup SR Flour
1 cup Castor Sugar (you can get away with using regular white sugar)
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Cocoa to taste (of my strong cocoa I use about 2tbsp) but use as much as how chocolatey you want it
Beat for 3 minutes
Cook in moderate oven (180 degree-ish) for 45mins
Dx May 2005 aged 25, Triple Negative, 25mmx18mmx20mm grade 3 invasive atypical medullary tumour, Axillary Clearance 1/15 lymph nodes positive (sentinal node only), Lumpectomy, Chemotherapy (FEC), Radiotherapy, LB only, now Mama to Patrick born 12/6/2013.
