  chocolate fudge cisps

  75g/3oz fudge

  75g/3oz milk chocolate

  75g/3oz unsalted butter

  150g/5oz puffed rice cereal

  place 24 paper cases on a large tray chop the fudge into small dice and set aside.

  put the butter and syrup in a large saucepan and heat gently. stir butter until melts. stir cocoa power then remove from heat.stir cereal until well coated.

  add chocolate fudge to the mixture. spoon cases by packing down and leave to set. put into a container keep for 3days

  Dx May 2005 aged 25, Triple Negative, 25mmx18mmx20mm grade 3 invasive atypical medullary tumour, Axillary Clearance 1/15 lymph nodes positive (sentinal node only), Lumpectomy, Chemotherapy (FEC), Radiotherapy, LB only, now Mama to Patrick born 12/6/2013.
