Ywca encore is a free eight- week program of specially designed exercise, support and information for women who have experienced breast cancer at any time in their life.
Ywca encore helps women with the after-effects of breast cancer surgery and treatment, helping to restore strength, mobility and flexibility, confidence and general wellbeing.

Hi Everyone!!
Apologies to anyone that has signed up the past few months. We have been working on doing a total revamp of the website, however it has taken longer than planned. The website was not able to be moderated during this time but will now be moderated regularly. We are hoping to finalize the revamp over the next few months/into the beginning of next year and will keep you updated with progress!
