Meditation can generally be defined as a self-directed practice for relaxing the body and calming the mind. Meditation can help to improve quality of life for people with cancer. Research suggests it is useful for managing chronic pain and insomnia, and can help in reducing anxiety, stress and blood pressure.
The Life Now Meditation classes are available to cancer patients who have been diagnosed or finished treatment in the past 5 years, and their carers.

Hi Everyone!!
Apologies to anyone that has signed up the past few months. We have been working on doing a total revamp of the website, however it has taken longer than planned. The website was not able to be moderated during this time but will now be moderated regularly. We are hoping to finalize the revamp over the next few months/into the beginning of next year and will keep you updated with progress!
