Event Details

  • The Life Now Exercise Program is for people currently undergoing or who have completed cancer treatment in the last 2 years, and their carers.
    This is a 12 week program by an exercise physiologist and tailored for people affected by cancer. Participants receive an individualised program and experience the benefits in a safe & supportive group environment. The program includes 2 classes / week over a 12 week program.

    Cancer Council WA provides free exercise, meditation/relaxation and yoga programs for people living with cancer, their carers and family. Groups run every term for a period of 6-12 weeks. Please see details of individual groups below. More
