Hi,
I had a follow up ultrasound after a central duct excision and aspiration of a possibly complex cyst.
The report reads as follows:
"There are retroareolar ducts on both sides that are mildly ectatic and there are a few small cysts in this area, measuring up to approx 8mm. No solid or suspicious lesion within either breast was seen and there was no axillary lymphadenopathy."
So my question is regarding the cysts, would they comment on whether the cysts were complex or simple? My gp said he assumes they would, but I just wondered.
Thanks for your time,
