GOOD, traditionally made Sourdough bread from authentic culture
Red and Purple vegetables (e.g. beetroot, purple carrots)
Ness Roast Veg Salad: roast beetroot (bake whole in alfoil then once cooked peel and cut into uneven chunks) and roast pumpkin chunks. Toss through with english spinach, rocket, toasted pine nuts, cherry toms and sprinkled with goats cheese or shaved parmesan. Use a nice olive oil and some cumin on the pumpkin when roasting and it goes through the salad when you toss. Drizzle whole thing with Balsamic Glaze or a tasty balsamic vinegar.
